Heads of 14 Malaysian companies from the oil and gas services and equipment (OGSE) sector will undertake a business mission to Turkmenistan in October. Malaysia's Deputy Minister of Economy Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir announced the visit at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, orient.tm reports.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has signed a package of documents following the session of the Halk Maslahaty (People's Council) that set the country's development priorities for decades ahead: the National Strategy for Industrial Development for 2030–2045, the National Concept "International Law and the Neutrality of Turkmenistan", the State Programme on State Youth Policy for the period up to 2031, and the National Action Plan on Human Rights for 2026–2030, orient.tm reports.

Representatives of Turkmenistan's railway administration took part in the 2nd meeting of the Strategic Group for the Development of International Transport Corridors, held in Moscow. Non-oil trade between Turkmenistan and Iran reached around $504 million over the nine-month reporting period, with cargo flows of 1.19 million tonnes — a 19.9% increase in value on the same period last year, according to the MEHR news agency, cited by orient.tm.
The second stage of fitting young cattle with electronic chips is under way at the Sha Yoly livestock complex, part of the State Association of the Livestock and Poultry Industry of Ahal Velayat. The complex was chosen as the pilot site for the project, where animals are being ear-tagged and microchipped in stages.
The State Concern Turkmenkhimiya has been instructed to ensure the efficient operation of the Tejenkarbamid plant. The President of Turkmenistan signed the corresponding Resolution today at a meeting of the Government.
