Born in Ashgabat on 31 August 1982. Turkmen. From 2000-2004 studying at the Institute of National Economy, majoring in Quality Management Organisation, engineer-economist. In 2012, advanced training of civil servants in the Academy of Civil Servants under the President of Turkmenistan. From 2004 to 2009 she worked in the metrology department of the Main State Service ‘Turkmenstandartlary’. Since 2009 she worked in the department of ‘Vault, Analysis and International Relations’ of the Main State Service ‘Turkmenstandartlary’. Since October 2013 till today she has been the head of the department of Scientific and Methodological, Marketing and Study of International Practice of the State Reference Centre of the Main State Service ‘Turkmenstandartlary’.
