The Turkmenistan Investment Forum (TIF2025) has officially opened in the National Tourist Zone “Awaza.” The event, held from September 18–19, is aimed at attracting foreign investment into the country’s key economic sectors.

At the opening ceremony, Turkmenistan’s Minister of Finance and Economy, Mammetguly Astanagulov, delivered a welcome message on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

According to organizers, the forum has gathered more than 800 participants representing over 45 countries. Among them are senior government officials, prominent business leaders, and representatives of major international organizations.

Over the two days, Awaza will serve as a hub for global cooperation, showcasing investment-ready projects in energy, infrastructure, logistics, finance, and innovation.
